Mary in the service department is wonderful.

Mary in the service department is wonderful. She was helpful in getting my car diagnosed and fixed in record time. She also didn't push extra services, which was a breath of fresh air.

My sales rep Caden is really nice, knowledgeable, and

My sales rep Caden is really nice, knowledgeable, and honest. He deserves more than 5 stars. If it’s not for him, I will rate my overall experience 2 stars. Long story short list price 31972. Out of door price 46000. we found a good deal online and came in to see the car. The final price was 10 grand more. With 4490 prep and deliver fee(it is not doc fee) and 4000 extra fee because we paid cash. I understand you need to make money as a business to stay sustainable. My only complaint is why can’t you including that prep&deliver fee and extra for cash buyer fee in the car price when you list the vehicle. The car listed for 31,995. And the final number with fees(markup) was 46000. I asked the manager why can’t you be more transparent with price when you list the vehicle? He said other wise we will not come in, and every other deals were doing the same thing. I do not agree. We bought a used Audi from Jidd Motor 3 months ago, the out of door price with cash were car price listed online + .0825 tax + few hundreds doc and license fee. We bought another used Audi from Lux Cars Chicago last year. Same thing, no hidden fees at the end. My conclusion is Bear group use really attractive price to attract people to come in. And play number games at the end.

Bindi in the service department is great.

Bindi in the service department is great. Took my car in because it was making weird noises, Bindi called and told me what they found and asked for permission to do the work. I approved the work and everything was done within a day.

I had a really great experience at my most recent visit to this Old Orchard Nissan! Mary was really amazing at addressing all of my concerns, and one of the technicians was very thorough in explaining all of my questions in regards to things with my vehicle. They even retested my battery in front of me so I could feel secure in knowing it still was strong even though a previous auto shop had told me I needed a new one. Thank you!

I was interested in buying a car from this dealership but

I was interested in buying a car from this dealership but I live several hours away. So over the course of a couple days I asked questions over the phone regarding the car and purchase price before making the long drive to finalize the purchase. But they weren’t up-front with my questions and were elusive on the final price. They insisted I come to the office to talk and wouldn’t give a definitive price over the phone. I had intended to pay cash for the car but they told me the online price is contingent on obtaining financing because they receive a significant kickback. Overall, this was the most chaotic and unprofessional experience I’ve had while trying to purchase a vehicle. Take my advice and don’t waste your time.
