I had the unfortunate event of needing some major Warranty work done on my truck. My Service Advisor Linda went above and beyond to get everyone involved that needed to be, in order to get the best results possible. I had a really great experience at my most recent visit to this Old Orchard Nissan! Mary was really amazing at addressing all of my concerns, and one of the technicians was very thorough in explaining all of my questions in regards to things with my vehicle. They even retested my battery in front of me so I could feel secure in knowing it still was strong even though a previous auto shop had told me I needed a new one. Thank you!

Sales at Old Orchard Nissan is amazing. As a woman, I am always hesitant to walk into a dealership. Make no mistake, I did not feel taken advantage or or was ever spoken to in a condescending way. This was a truly a refreshing experience.

Recently went in for a recall, Mary helped me in service. Took my car in promptly. Was able to wait in the waiting area. It was nice and clean, free coffee and water. Definitely happy with the service there.

I recently had a great experience at Old Orchard Nissan. Took my car in for some work, and they took good care of me. Specifically Mary helped me out and communicated the issues they found with my car. Work was done that same day. Great service department.

Based on the Yelp reviews, I was prepared to be disappointed, but my expectations in disappointment were vastly exceeded. The only worse dealership experience in my two dozen car buys was when a place held my keys hostage. Here, I called to make sure the uniquie car I as looking at online (Porsche Cayenne Hybrid), was available, as it was 100 miles away. I was assured it was available to test drive. When we got there were were told “it was being wholesaled out” and was unavailable. The. Were were told it was “inoperable”. We we insisted on at least seeing it, we were shown a car the was completely dead, had a new large gouge in the side, and very deeply rusted brake rotors. This car hadn’t moved in months. The hood latch was broken, and it was filthy inside, as well as partially disassembled. This was was $100,000 car 4 years ago, and nice enough to be Porsche Certified Preowned 4 months ago. They killed it, and then kept it around as a low price online bait to bring people in. When it became clear that we weren’t there into buy anything lease, they had the hutzpah to offer “a good deal” on this sad derelict Porsche! STAY AWAY.
