We drove from Michigan to look at a used vehicle. It looked like a pretty good deal online. When we arrived it was obvious the van had some issued that were not mentioned in the advertisement including a hole in the roof, interior water damage, and a door that wouldn't shut. When we sat down to negotiate a price the price they started with was 33% above the sticker price. Their lowest price not counting Title and taxes was still $3000+ over the sticker price. They wasted my time.

Dudes here are never a hassle, always easy just pull up tell the guys whats wrong, drop the car off, and pick it up when its done. Very communicative, very efficient, and respect goes a long way I'll leave it at that.

Came into this dealership because my mom's Nissan Rogue's key fob's stopped working. Linda and BIndi were both very helpful service reps. Linda was communicative along the way and ensured that the problem got resolved. They didn't just try to slap some random charges on me or give up when the first solution didn't work. They really tried to understand the problem and ensure that it was solved the right way. They were very kind and ensured all the work was covered by the warranty, I didn't have to pay a penny!
