Very friendly. When I pulled in there was about 25 salesman standing outside ready to assist. I had made an appointment and was a little late but they still were ready to accommodate me. Alejandro was new and sold his 5th car to me! He knew what he was doing and while I was trying not to get my hopes up he was excited for me. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me understand my options with negative equity and lower credit after just buying a house. Thank you!

The reports of sketchy pricing, making you wait around forever (intentionally) and forcing high interest loans on their customers is 100% accurate … I walked … something fishy about their seemingly good overall customer rating unless most buyers are far more acquiescent than I would have expected.

This place is essentially a used car lot masquerading as a Nissan dealership. We arrived to find 20 'dudes' standing outside just waiting for customers to arrive. We were looking at 3 different cars and noticed something sketchy about all of them. One had mismatched tires even though the car had very few miles on it. One had been bought back by the manufacturer for lemon law issues. Their financing is a total scheme! Don't expect to get close to the advertised price if you don't finance with them at a much higher rate than you likely qualify for. While we were there, multiple car carriers came in to deliver new cars bought at auction. Everyone there was the exactly what you think of when you think of a used car salesman, slimeballs doused in cheap cologne. Go elsewhere, this place is a total sham!
