WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! If you want to be ghosted after purchasing a vehicle, this is the place to go! I purchased a vehicle in January, the dealer was supposed to do some scheduled body work (nothing major, cosmetic only). It took them almost a month to rectify the situation (and this is after I tried calling and calling and calling- I finally had to put a negative rating and then someone finally called). Well, now after that nightmare, this certified vehicle that I purchased had a battery, alignment issue. I had to take it to another dealer because I could not get ahold of anyone at old orchard. Old orchard finally stated that they would pay for the repair - well, 10 days, I’m still waiting for a “check”. I spoke with julia and Eric (managers, I think). After calling customer service, I get the run around stating that they are either away from their desk, not available, or busy with customers . This call would be “expedited” to them and they will call me back. Ha! Yea ok.. This has been my last resort, I did not want to write this review but I am getting nowhere with these people.. I would recommend you steer clear of this dealer and most likely their sister dealer (Huntley Ford- if they have the same practices as old orchard). I would rate this negative 5 if I could ..
