As a mom of three, I needed something luxurious and practical. The 2022 Acura MDX Advance SH-AWD ticked every box. Joel didn’t just show me how pretty it was — he took time to show me the safety tech, how to fold the seats efficiently, and even connected my phone to the infotainment system. He anticipated every question. It was like working with a personal assistant, not a salesperson. If you want peace of mind, ask for Joel.

Buying a car as a young woman can be intimidating, but

Buying a car as a young woman can be intimidating, but Joel made me feel completely comfortable. I checked out a 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L and was ready for the usual upsell tricks. Nope. Joel was transparent, patient, and even brought up ways I could lower my monthly payment before I asked. He walked me through warranty options and answered my nervous questions like a pro. Highly recommend him — especially if you want to be respected.

I wasn’t sure if a Nissan dealership would really know

I wasn’t sure if a Nissan dealership would really know how to handle EVs, but Joel proved me wrong fast. He knew the ins and outs of the 2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range better than the Tesla showroom I visited. No joke. He answered every question about range, charging stations around Skokie, even battery degradation. I didn’t expect to be impressed — but I absolutely was. Joel earned my business, and I’ll be back when I’m ready to upgrade.

Joel made me fall in love with Nissan all over again. I was trading in my old Rogue and curious about the new Pathfinder. Joel welcomed me with zero pressure and total transparency. He took me on a test drive in the 2022 Pathfinder SL, and I was blown away by how quiet, smooth, and powerful it felt. Joel made sure I understood the new safety features and even helped me pair my phone to the system. What stood out most? He remembered my daughter’s name when she came in the next day. That small touch meant a lot. You don’t get that kind of customer care just anywhere.

Volvo buyers are picky.

Volvo buyers are picky. I know — I’m one of them. But Joel passed every test. I came in to see a 2020 XC90 T6 Inscription, and he treated the whole process like I was buying a $100K car. That kind of care matters. He printed out the full vehicle history, talked safety features (which matter a lot to me), and even looked up crash ratings on the spot to answer my concerns. It was next-level service. I’ll recommend Joel to anyone who wants luxury service without the luxury attitude.

I needed a truck that looked as good as it worked, and Joel delivered. I found a 2021 RAM Laramie Night Edition online and scheduled a visit. Joel had it pulled up and warming before I even walked in. When I say Joel went above and beyond, I mean it. I came in looking for a used SUV and spotted a stunning 2018 GLC 300 4MATIC. Joel broke everything down — not just the cool features like lane assist and blind spot monitoring, but the real ownership stuff: what maintenance would cost, how the warranty worked, what to expect long term. Joel doesn’t sell cars — he matches people with machines. I’m a muscle SUV guy and was hunting for a 2022 Durango R/T with a HEMI.
