Outstanding people - they "get-it."
I always dread the whole car buying experience. It seems as though dealerships are stuck in the 1980's Pressure tactics and slick manipulation is what you can expect. Warner is DIFFERENT! I couldn't believe how simple and straight forward the staff and leadership were with me. I can sum up my experience in three words - Warner Get's it!

Very poor.
Dealer was very hard to negotiate with but I was able to purchase vehicle. Vehicle was not even washed or touched at all inside. Salesman said the truck had been through their shop which was a lie since transmission does not shift properly and cruise control does not work. Truck had a tail gate lock and dealer had no key. Dealer would not correct. Oil had not been changed. I did not expect a lot for $ 5000.00 But it should be at least ready to use without putting a lot of money into it. I rate this dealership and the salesman vey poor.
