I have purchased Buicks from this dealership for over 20 yrs and the service and sales people have always been so kind and helpful....that's why I keep coming back. Best Dealership in Findlay!

I was pleased with the service on our GMC Sierra Pick-up.

I was pleased with the service on our GMC Sierra Pick-up. Travis Ramsey waited on me promptly upon my arrival. The waiting area was comfortable and the service was performed quickly. There was even an older issue of "Fortune" magazine there with a picture of Bankman-Freid on the cover and the question of whether or not he was the next Warren Buffet? I thought that was hilarious.

Always have a great experience at Warner Buick. The salesmen acknowledge me when I’m in the wait area. The wait area has water & coffee. Rides are offered during my service or repair wait. They help when I can’t find my coupon.

The oil change was very successful, but I really missed...

The oil change was very successful, but I really missed the car wash that I usually get. I am still waiting for my lane changing to be activated. They have been working on it since June. Maybe next year.

Great service. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Personable and knowledgeable staff that look at the customer's best interests. I feel as though the cost may have been a little high, but if the quality of work is there, then it is worth it.
