My experience with this dealership was with out a doubt the best I ever dealt with. I am an out of state buyer from Pennsylvania and dealt with Mikaela and Rafe Kirby on the phone. They walked me through the process of purchasing my 2022 Gmc Denali with ease. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Justin Wightman. He was very nice and told us everything about the truck. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. We met Rafe Kirby there and he was instrumental in helping us make this deal happen. Brianna helped us with the paperwork describing everything we needed to know when we got back to Pa. We talked about her kids and the whole experience was great. I wish they were not 4 1/2 hours away or they would be my permanent dealership. A special shout out goes to Mikaela, we texted daily, sometimes hourly, to get this deal done. I wish we could have met her in person to thank her for the wonderful work she did.Thank you Spitzer for making a dream come true.
