My first time using the Service Department at Glenn
My first time using the Service Department at Glenn Freedom and all I can say is WOW! Eldon is the BEST and is so friendly and knowledgeable about Jeeps. I felt like a VIP the short time I was there and wouldn’t dream of taking my Jeep anywhere else now. It was sooo convenient to schedule my service appointment online, and select the services that I needed in advance; I even had to add something after my initial scheduling and the person that took my call added it to my appointment without a problem. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in any service department EVER.

I only gave that because I had to.
I only gave that because I had to. This place is shiesty and I don’t recommend anyone to buy the lemons they sell or deal with their dishonest business antics. I wish I would’ve listened and never did business with them. I can’t wait until the day they are sued abs shut down for good.

Edited to add: We had an issue with the vehicle (Torque converter and shift linkage cable needed replaced along with hardly any oil in the vehicle) only a few days after our purchase. I spoke to both David and Steve and they essentially said I was on my own and would not be able to assist us with any repairs or expenses we will be out for these repairs/replacements. Also, the CarFax we received at the time we were looking at the vehicle did not disclose that the torque converter had already been replaced once at 35,000 miles. **BUYER BEWARE: All aftermarket warranties that Glenn’s Freedom offers does not “kick-in” or activate until 30 days have passed since your purchase. For this reason, unfortunately we will be responsible for any repairs to our vehicle. Lessons learned: Do not trust the CarFax that they provide to you-Request the previous owners number to inquire about any previous issues-Get a third-party inspection on the vehicle before purchasing-Inquire about the warranty you’re purchasing so that you know when protection begins, ends and what it covers.** In a matter of minutes, David Kubilus got us the keys to view and test drive the vehicle we purchased. While test-driving the vehicle he explained all of the features that the vehicle offered and answered any questions that we had. We decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle and David guided us through that process seamlessly as well. Steve Byrnes in the finance department searched for the lowest interest rate and best terms to fit our needs. We were very pleased with our experience and thankful for both David and Steve.

Took my 2012 grand Cherokee in for a quote on a transfer
Took my 2012 grand Cherokee in for a quote on a transfer case replacement was quoted $4800 which is more than double what the parts are advertised online direct from the factory will be contacting the attorney generals office to file a price gouging complaint
