Greeted immediately and very friendly, service was extremely fast. My technician explained what he was doing and did it very quickly. Brought me my keys and said I was ready to go in about 20 minutes.

The workers lied about ordering the parts to my car that I was paying for just to get a payment they only ordered the parts that they wanted to order I filed a complaint with the attorney general file your complaint I’m taking legal action 2022 June

Dealership negotiated a new vehicle sale.

Dealership negotiated a new vehicle sale. Contract was signed and deposit was made. Vehicle was ordered. When vehicle came in there was an error on paperwork. Dealership refused to sell vehicle to customer. Clearly Dealer knew they could now sell truck at higher price due to market fluctuations. They took advantage of the customer. Very poor ethics. Do not recommend!!

Well Glenn's Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Well Glenn's Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Did me super dirty so i would not go there if you dont want this to happen. I ordered a 2022 megacab night edition 2500 6 months ago from them i was promised to register it under my llc in montana to save my tax credit. I was promised we were doing an all cash deal no financing. Here the truck comes in last Wednesday the communication has been horrible I finally spoke to the sales team friday and told them ill get the rental car one way from newjersey to kentucky to get my truck and they tell me now i have to finance a portion and register in newjersey and pay tax now whatever at this point i want my truck no hard feeling just remove the garbage resistall package for 1000$ and fix the price and the general manager tom cecile said he would get back to me asap there was an issue on the address the dealer put in a ohio address on my order and messed it up and said he can”t fix that and xxxx try to fixed numbers and i said ok so i hit the road last night an hour deep into the 10 hour drive and the salesman calls me very nice guy he has no control over this and tells me the sales management team will not sell me the truck and will send me deposit back i gave 6 months ago to order the truck . The salesman said xxxx see what he can do but turn around for now and head home. So now i head home waisted 2 hours , blew 500$ on a rental , fuel , time off work and now i call Saturday this morning after speaking to ram customer care saying the dealership just has to fix my address and they can sell the truck for the sold order deal and the manager tells me they will not sell me my truck i ordered from them after 6 months because they don”t want to have me put a bad survey review to ram on there dealership that can affect them. So they will not sell my my truck i waited 6 months for and have no truck now !!! Can”t find one in this market and im stuck with no truck now ! The worst people in the absolute world to do this ! I have 8k$ worth of parts sitting at home for it and all if anyone wants a brand new 6” bds lift powdered purple and 22x14 fuel wheels on 35x14.50”s lmk ! Forsale thanks glenns freedom for screwing me so badly
