We have been searching for a Wrangler for a few weeks in this crazy Jeep market! We are located in the Chicago suburbs and were reaching out to dealers up to 7 hours away! This was the 6th Wrangler we were pursuing among different dealers...two had been sold out from under us as we were in discussions and others we lost out on while pursuing the other two. When we reached out to Glenn, we expressed our urgency in locking the Willys down as we didn't want to lose out on another one and didn't want to have to order and wait! Lauren took all our info quickly and efficiently, even info on our trade. Ryan called and was overly pleasant and understood our position. He was efficient in getting our info in line, our trade valued and financing underway to get our new girl locked! Ryan had the keys in hand and was ready for our deposit within a couple hours! We worked with Tom on our financing options, he was straight forward and made himself readily available if we had any questions! Being 7 hours away, this gave us piece of mind, they were working with us and had interest in getting our Jeep search complete! A few days later we were on our way to Lexington with our trade and ready to pick up the new rig! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! Cody met us there when we arrived, as Ryan had a well deserved day off, with everything ready to go that Ryan had prepared and ready for us! Tom came in to introduce himself and make sure we didn't have any other questions. Dudley made the finance paperwork easy and efficient! In a couple hours, we were on the road back to Chicago with our new Willys! We are so grateful for the team at Glenn! Took my '18 Unlimited Wrangler JK in for 1) some squeaks from the MT clutch pedal and 2) creaking from the front driver suspension and 3) for some clunking sounds in the rear. These guys took care of my Jeep! No more front driver suspension creak/groan going over rocks/curbs! Clutch squeak - GONE. The rear clunk was diagnosed adroitly by Ryan Spoonamore as caused by my after market bumper rubbing/bumping against a rear body panel - which I took care of at home. Eric Marshall was very personable over the phone. When the man who checked me out (pony tail and goatee - sorry didn't get your name) found out that I hadn't been told beforehand that there would be a diagnostic fee of $145 (in addition to my warranty coverage) he very graciously waived it, because of my not being prepared for that charge before I went ahead with the inspection (which I thought would be 100% covered). Happy customer. Great job Glenn's Freedom Jeep!
