When I had purchased a used vehicle here, they promised to fix what appeared to be a minor issue. However, when it turned out to be a major problem, they worked to fix it to our satisfaction. When we weren’t satisfied with the fix, they worked with us to trade into a different vehicle, and they were extremely fair with pricing. They stayed true to their word, and for that, I am thankful.

Salesman was nice and knowledgeable about the Jeep. Was able to explain all the new technologies that were now in the vehicle. The finance department was nice honest and straight forward about trade in allowance and financing the Jeep. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had my daughters car towed there after talking to a service writer about sending it only to have another one fuss because it came. Then on a recall that part of it was an oil change my daughter was charged $90+ dollars for the oil change on the recall. I am a retired mechanic and I have never serviced a recall that actually had a cost to the customer. This is very poor customer service on the Jeep corporation. If this is the way Jeep does things when it is their problem I will never purchase another Jeep product.
