Tony DeTraglia & Stefanie Northrup Are Top Notch & Class Act

All I can say is WOW! This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was pretty nervous! I had done a lot of research on both the Honda Odyssey I was interested in and the dealership itself and all the reports I had were glowing. Family, Friends and Facebook all spoke very highly of Ontario Honda and Tony in particular...he, before I had ever met him had achieved ROCK STAR status! Of course the Odyssey's reputation speaks for itself! So the first time I met Tony I knew right away what so many had already said about him was true! He talked with me, not at me. He listened and didn't judge. He show me what I was interested and not what he was interested in me having. He didn't start out with wanting all my personal information like social security number, credit history, how much I made or what I wanted in a payment....all of which I had been hard pressed for at other dealerships down the street. His knowledge and presentation was relaxed and that helped me to relax. When I left after that 1st meeting I knew he was going to be my go to guy! When my family and I came back to make the deal I couldn't have imagined how easy it went. I came in knowing what I wanted to spend for the Odyssey and what my payments needed to be. To my surprise I got everything I asked for in the price of the vehicle and the payment amounts and along with it enjoyed the whole experience. Tony was and is a straight shooter who doesn't fit any of the established molds of what "car salespeople" tend to typically be! When it came time to meet Stafanie for financing again...such a pleasure to work with! She didn't judge or question and worked diligently to make sure that what I had asked for she could deliver. Just like with Tony, our time with her was positive, successful and FUN! We left the dealership that day excited that our Odyssey was not only going to be ours but that the deal to make it happen was not just one we could live with but even better...we could be relaxed with! Pick up day! OK...a day full of celebrating!!! And the best part was we started celebrating before we even sat in the Odyssey to go home! We first got in to find out from Stefanie that the interest rate she had projected for us the previous visit was even lower by .70% and from a local bank we already do business with...she got 2 banks to fight for our business and we were the winners!!! Then thanks to Stefanie's creativity and flexibility she was able to work in the famous HONDA CARE into a pricing package that was both a great deal and sound investment. All of this happening while staying in my price for the total cost of the Odyssey and under my ceiling price for payments! So as I had heard from Tony from the start...Stefanie really knows her stuff and can work some magic! Our pick up day ended with Tony taking his time in the Odyssey with my daughter and I teaching us all about our new amazing purchase. Despite being clearly in pain from dental work having just been done, Tony walked and talked us through every aspect of the Odyssey which seems to have as many controls as a spaceship! He even synced my phone with the car and tried it out with his phone just to make sure! We finished off the deal with a good hand shake and a heart felt thank you! In less than one week I went from having no vehicle to an amazing vehicle that was equally matched by the amazing efforts of Tony & Stefanie. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience if I tried and as a teacher I would award them both GOLD STARS! I now not only have my first HONDA, I have now a dealership that I will praise and shout from the roof tops to advertise for! More importantly, I have a dealership for life with two fantastic go to people in Tony and Stefanie! If you are ever in need of a vehicle you need to make Ontario Honda your only destination and Tony Detraglia your own go to guy because he is certainly one stand up guy! New Car

I received a flyer from Ontario Honda which expressed in an interest in my CRV. I met with the sales manager, Tony, who was straight forward in his approach and showed a great deal of consideration for my concerns. I later met with Austin, a sales rep, who followed up with a courteous and professional manner. Based on the offer as well as the the respect for the value of the vehicle I was trading in, making the deal was a smooth and easy process. Stephanie Northrup also should be commended for her fine work after the deal was finalized.

Quick and Easy

Just bought my first Honda. Was planning on going to just test drive a few cars and ended up purchasing the first vehicle we looked at. Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Kudos to you all. Thanks Tony!!!

Just bought our third car from them

My husband and I both have Hondas that we bought from Ontario. We bought our first car from them in 2001 and have been very happy with their sales and service. When it was time to get a car for our college daughter, we did shop around, but happily ended up back here because they had a great car at a great price. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful, so I knew that the buying experience would be a good one. Austin was our salesperson this time and he and Stephanie went out of their way to expedite the whole process so that we would have the car in time to surprise our daughter.

Ontario Honda

Tony DeTraglia was a gentleman who went out of his way to provide superior service to us. Found us the accord ex we wanted in our color. Kept all promises that were made and car was ready and waiting when promised. We threw him a curve ball when we changed to leasing instead of purchase, No problem.

Tony from the Honda and Joe from the Mazda store: 5 star

I shopped between both Ontario dealerships trying to find a replacement for our Subaru. The Mazda CX 9 and Honda Pilot were both great candidates and definitely a step up from the Subaru. There is nothing pleasant about dealing on a new vehicle when the dealership's policy is to low-ball your trade and to then verbally beat you into submission to accept their offer(s), so having been that route in the past, I was suspect walking into this, new to me, dealership. To my surprise, neither Joe nor Tony played the obnoxious games so often found in the industry, in fact, the entire staff at both dealerships were a pleasure to work with! We test drove three vehicles then went home to decide what to do. Both gentlemen stayed in touch via email and phone. I can't say enough good about them! Although we have not had experience there with the "quality of work", if it reflects the same treatment we received in both showrooms, I suspect it is excellent. So I also rated it a 5 star. See you both in two or three years at trade time!! God bless you all!

Leasing for thr First Time

15 years with Ontario Honda

I bought my first car from Ontario Honda 15 years ago and I still go back to this day. I'm on my third Accord! For the last two I have worked with Tony and he was wonderful. Always smiling, a great personality, and truly cares about his customers. I usually stop by his desk when I'm in for service to say hi. Stefanie in finance was great as well! I also follow the service plan there and it has made maintaining my vehicles simple and stress-free. An all around a great experience at Ontario Honda!

Great service

Bought a Honda pilot from ontario just recently. This is my 4 th car that I have purchased through them and once again have no complaints. Tony was great, thorough and delivered everything he promised in the timeframe he promised. Thanks for everything Tony.
