Great service

Gut Roman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda Fit. I liked how low key he was in making the sale - no pressure- but he got me exactly what I wanted for a fair price. and in a timely manner. This is my second Honda from this dealer and I am very pleased.

Best Car buying experience

I worked with Tony DeTraglia and Stefanie Northrup who were both excellent in knowing and explaining their product. Tony did an outstanding job showing off the features of the Honda CRV. It was an easy decision due to the best customer service we have ever received at at dealership. I would highly recommend Ontario Honda when looking to purchase a new car.

Great Experience

Ontario made my car buying experience very pleasant. I stopped in looking for a low milage CRV and they not only had several to choose from, they had the milage and model I was looking for. From the initial greeting to driving off the lot in my purchase, it was a pleasant experience.

Extremely Easy Experience

Great experience and customer service

Worked with Tony on leasing a 2015 Honda Accord. From the moment we stopped in for a test drive we were impressed with the customer service at Ontario Honda. Will definitely work with this dealer in the future for all our Honda needs!

Third honda odyssey purchase and Tony DeTraglia is excellent

Terrible Service all around

Terrible Service!!! Service department told me 30 mins for my oil change so I left and came back in 45 mins and they hadn't even moved my car. They told me that they were waiting for a certain person to do it. I waited another 40 mins for my oil to get done. On another occasion I went in to trade my car in and they would not work with me at all. Not a good dealer at all. I would avoid at all coasts !!

Great people to work with

Tony Made the experience of having to look for a new vehicle easy. He walked me though all the paper work and answered all the question I had, if he didn't know he found the answer within minutes of me asking the question. I will definitely buy next car from him.

certified car purchase

I have purchased other vehicles from Ontario Honda and Ontario Mazda. All I can say is I keep going back. Most recently, I went to Ontario Honda to look at used vehicles. Bob assisted me in finding the perfect car. The purchase price was fair as was the offer for my trade in. After meeting with Stefanie the process was underway and I picked up my new car the very next day. Both Bob and Stefanie were a pleasure to work with. They make car buying easy. I love the car!

Second Honda, Second Great Experience

For the past 2 years, Tony DeTraglia has been keeping his eye open for a late model Honda Accord. He found one and I upgraded my Honda, which I also bought on Ontario and from Tony. I couldn't be happier. I hope Tony is still there in 10 years when I am ready to upgrade again.
