Tony Is a great person who has great patience with his customers. We have owned an Honda Accord for 11 years and loved it. We looked around at all the new cars and decided to come back to to Honda again. This time we down size to the civic. Tony was able to talk us though all the new features and was very patience with us. We never felt any pressure from Tony or Stefanie to buy the car or extras. Every step in the purchase/lease process is handled smoothly by the Ontario team and the follow up service is courteous, efficient and exceptional.

Experiences at this dealership sales: No warm-fuzzy welcome to potential customers. No will to earn your business. Old school negotiation games. Ridiculously low appraisal for trade-in vehicles. No motivation to deal/negotiate. Phony excuses for not getting you a fair deal.
