We have purchased and had our Honda's serviced at Ontario Honda for many years and have always been happy with how they treat their customers. When it was time to replace my 1998 Honda Accord Ontario Honda was at the top of my list of places to visit. After some research online, I narrowed my list to a few target vehicles and stopped by to test drive a couple of cars with the intention of purchasing if the right price was possible. The sales staff was very helpful and allowed me the time I needed to find the right vehicle and we pretty quickly were able to settle on a price that was fair and the deal was done. No fuss. No Muss. No pressure. Very good experience overall. I've had the car for a little less than a week and I'm convinced I made a good choice. When the time comes to replace my wife's car, I'm sure we'll be back.

thought I got a fair deal . Dealt with Tony for the purchase was easy to deal with only wish their first offer had been higher I hate the dickering..Jeremy Klein finished the paper work and explained the workings of the car and was very knowledgeable. also Stephanie explained all the options of extended coverage. Although I did not purchase it was nice to know my options. this is the second Honda I have purchased here and have been treated much better then other Hondas purchased at other dealerships Love the car and the way I was treated here

Tony DeTraglia really advocated for me to get a great deal! He made sure I got the car I wanted and I and it was a pleasure to work with him. When you're buying a car, it's a big purchase and I really felt that I was not just a "deal" to Tony and that he truly had my best interest. Stephanie was also great to work with on the financing end. It was the best car buying experience I've had.

This is the 3rd Honda that i have leased with this dealership and every experience i have done with them as a single woman has been exciting. They are informed about the vehicles that they sell, giving me every deal they can. I love going in them. I give them a list of my expectations and they met everyone of them. I was shaking their hand before I even test drove the vehicle that i picked up this morning. It was ready when I got there, paperwork was complete and the salesman is very knowledgeable about all the whistles and bells that are part of my car. Takes the time to go over everything making sure that I understand what and how to work them. Everyone that works at this dealership want to make your experience with them a pleasant one right down to the service department. Sometimes when you buy a var, the service department falls short. Not at Ontario Honda. I have recommended this dealership and my salesman to a couple of friends and they were greeted with a smile and how can I help you, to make you want to buy/lease from them. I can't say enough about the whole Team at Honda.

Bob went out of his way to get the car we wanted in the color we wanted. He did it very quickly, which was very important to us. We are grateful for his help!

We purchased a new CRV touring, trading in our two year old CRV. Both Tony DeTraglia and Stefanie Northrup were top notch doing their respective jobs. During delivery we picked up info that we did not know about even having owned the CRV( have also purchased an 2 Accords and a Pilot from this dealer previously). Extremely happy with the CRV and the service.

Ontario Honda does everything right! We just purchased our second CR-V in two years from them. From sales to finance to service everyone at Ontario Honda is friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Both times we worked with Tony DeTraglia and Stefanie Northrup – what wonderful individuals! They know how to treat their customers and we appreciate that. Ontario Honda takes the stress out of car buying and they top it off with an excellent service department. This is where we plan to buy our cars in the future.
