Where to lease

We had a very good salesperson... She walked us through the lease without any problems... When we picked up the CRV, she explained the workings of various parts of the vehicle...

Excellent experience

Tony was the most friendly, professional and experienced sales person we ever had. He made leasing a new car a very enjoyable experience for us. He was personable, patient and very focused on our needs as to the type of Honda we wanted. My husband and I would definitely lease/purchase again from Tony.

Friendly and top notch sales professional

Went shopping for a new van. We've worked with Ontario Honda for the last 4+ years with our current van, great place. Tony DeTraglia truly one of the best sales reps I've met and dealt with in my 25 years of buying cars. Honest, up front, friendly....I'd deal with him on a car any day of the week!!! Don't lose him!!!!

First time leasing a new car, Tony is top-notch!

My parents have bought their cars from Ontario Honda since 2001. They have always been happy with their experiences, and I'm glad I followed their lead in going there. Being a young adult, buying/leasing a new car for the first time is a big deal and can be daunting, but Tony DeTraglia made it much easier than I anticipated. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of my (many) questions. I was especially happy that I never feel pressured. Tony is a great communicator, and it was clear that he understood my needs. Tony is patient, not pushy, and I walked out a happy, confident customer.

Total satisfaction

I have leased 5 Honda Civics from Ontario Honda over the last 15 yrs . I keep going back because they make the process of getting a new car a stress less experience, especially for a single woman !! The sales people are so easy to discuss options with and show lots of patience and sincere knowledge of the vehicles ! The service department has been very easy to work with and I love the free oil changes . Enjoying my newest lease and planning on going back for the next one !

My First Lease

Never having leased a Honda (or any car for that matter) I visited Ontario Honda where I have purchased Honda Civics in the past. I was greeted at the door by Tony DeTraglia a very personable guy who patiently answered my many question regarding terms of lease, mileage, cost, and my responsibilities described within the lease terms. My wife and I drove several cars trying to decide between an Accord and a Civic with the Civic EXL winning the contest. As the date was August 31 many summer sales ended at the stroke of midnight (or closing, which ever occurred first....kind of like Cinderella). Tony was able to handle all aspects of the lease and provide a nice new shinny Honda Civic EXL by the following day. Both my wife and myself were completely satisfied (mainly I had to satisfy my wife for it was going to be her car to drive). Also, I must mention Stefanie Northrup who explained options regarding the lease and handled the financial end (there is always a financial end in these dealings). Stefanie was very thorough in her explanations with a soft sell. We purchased a paint protectant process which I have to admit after seeing the finished results is breath taking in its beauty. On Tuesday we picked up our new Honda. Would I recommend any changes or improvements....ah, no for the process was perfect. I would recommend Ontario Honda and Tony DeTraglia to anyone in an instant. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful time into an enjoyable occasion.

Our Honda Civic

Ontario Honda did not give up on us, they had us in our new car with a week. we are extremely satisfied with Honda, Having our son in law working there we had and advantage but I will recommend Ontario, Honda to everyone I have heard nothing but great things about the civic we have, We are pleased. Thank you the Cantwell's

cost of parts

i brought my accord in for air bag recall and inspection.my air bag light is on now and i had to replace driver side ball joint a $50.00 part any where,not $150.00 bacause honda doesn't offer them i had to buy control arm! realy.not impressed!
