"New car purchase a pleasant experience"
I recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Ontario Honda. I had previously driven a Toyota RAV 4 for 11 years. I became dissatisfied with the local Toyota dealership and decided to check out other cars in the area. After test driving several different makes and models I stopped in to Ontario Honda in Canandaigua, NY. I was immediately approached by Tony DeTraglia. Tony helped me find the car I was looking for! He was extremely helpful and actually made the purchase of my new car a pleasant experience. From test drive to trade in, finance to driving my car off the lot.....Tony made everything go smoother than I ever could have hoped for!

The easiest new car purchase we ever made.
From the time we arrived, Mary Monroe made this new car deal a pleasure. She answered all our questions and took the time to listen to our dislikes as well. The dealership was clean and bright which made our time there a pleasant experience. Our CR-V is great and we love driving it. Ontario Honda is like family and still a well oiled machine. Quick and helpful sales
We purchased a 2015 Civic for my oldest daughter and Robert Cannizzaro was detailed on all paperwork and features that come with the purchase. He made sure my daughter understood what she received with the purchase and how things work in the car. He is most pleasant to work with no call of Ontario Honda are zero pressure and pleasant to work with.

Positive Buying Experience

ONE ECSTATIC CUSTOMER!!!
My 2013 Civic lease was up next Spring, and I was very interested in upgrading to an Accord for the first time. I was thrilled and amazed that I was able to get a new 2016 Accord Coupe at a payment that I could afford. I LOVE this car. Tony DeTraglia was the salesman who assisted me with my last lease, and that experience was why I came back. Tony is professional, personable, straight forward and there is nothing pushy in his demeanor. He is honestly just trying to do the best that he can to help his customers and he is wonderfully patient and thorough in explaining the features and how they work.
