I was misled on a maintenance package I purchased.

I was misled on a maintenance package I purchased. At no time I did the finance manager explain it’s only good for when I turn my lease in to cover wear and tear. I was under the impression I can use it at any time during my hear. I got madder as the day went on because I could get anyone from finance to call me back. Finally someone called, nit from finance, at 4:30 pm. Service center is great but disappointed in the poor or lack of communication.

I am a single mom on a tight budget but needed to get out

I am a single mom on a tight budget but needed to get out of a prior car that had negative equity from Covid pricing. Both Tony and Nick took their time. They were patient to let me shop around to figure out what was best for me. I decided the 2025 K4 EX on a lease was the best deal for me and my boys.
