Tony and Justin were AMAZING!

Tony and Justin were AMAZING!! Tony is a man of his word and was able to get me into a 2025 KIA K4. Justin was very knowledgeable, personable and patient with me. He was thorough and extremely efficient and polite.

Getting a hold of an actual person to talk to is near

Getting a hold of an actual person to talk to is near impossible. Communication is almost nonexistent. No loaners available for long repairs.

I walked in Ganley Kia of Mentor.

I walked in Ganley Kia of Mentor. I was treated with respect, not like other Dealerships that look down on you. I met Scott Miller and he walked me through the buying process. Asked me what I was looking for and he and a sales manager went to work. They didn't try to sell a car that they wanted to sell, but help me meet my needs. I was surprised how simple they made everything.
