We went to Ken Ganley to look at a used Kia we found

We went to Ken Ganley to look at a used Kia we found online for our son. The salesman (Exon) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the used car we were looking at and He suggested a different car based on our needs. The car he suggested was better the one we saw online and they gave us a great deal. The process to purchase the car was completed in less than 20 minutes. I will be returning to Ken Ganley again for my next car purchase.

Hi there it’s me again.

Hi there it’s me again. Let me start with just saying my vehicle is the 2018 Kia Sorento bought from mentor Kia and my wife’s vehicle is the 2020 Kia Sorento bought from mentor Kia. You heard my story yesterday, this is hers. Last October of 2024 there was a noise coming from the steering wheel and she made an appointment to have it checked. She took it to Ken Ganley Mentor Kia. They told her they had to order a part from the factory. She took it back in November and that didn’t fix the problem. They told her they had to order another part. Here it is now March of 2025 and they told her the part came in and made another appointment to have it installed. When she took it in the part wasn’t there and that they would order another one. Now it is April and she received a call the part is in and they made the appointment for today April 19th first thing this morning to have it installed. She arrived when they opened this morning and they told her sorry we don’t do that kind of work on Saturdays, they only do oil changes on Saturdays. They asked her when she could come back in and she told them she would be back first thing Monday morning April 21st. They told her even though you don’t have a appointment for Monday that would be fine and they will get it fixed. What kind of service department is this? A very terrible one if you ask me. We are 2 customers you will not ever see again once these services get fixed.

Great service with a smile. Friendly employees. Clean service department. They take good care of their customers. Very happy with how they take care of my car and me while waiting for repairs and service.

Our Salesman, Nick Villella, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Seltos and our lease options. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and walked us through the entire process from walking in the door to handing us the keys to our new Seltos. I had a 11:15 service appointment today.

I had a 11:15 service appointment today. Arrived at 8:30 to drop off vehicle. The Bay Area had 4 cars in line. The door was closed and there were 3 cars in front of me. I sat in my vehicle until a service person made room in the bay area and pulled in the 3 vehicles in front of me. I pulled up to the door and was asked to leave to make room for the 4 vehicles behind me that he said were ahead of me. Once they take care of my recalled part for my 2018 Kia Sorento I will never go back to Ken Ganley Mentor Kia again. THAT WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!

Bought used car had problems with it in four days called and sales rep won't call me back to give me service options I had to call 3 more times to get information ending up taking it to Kia of streetsboro and getting it fixed streetsboro Kia very good and efficient don't go to Glanley
