Friendly and trustworthy service advisors. Sure, they...

Friendly and trustworthy service advisors. Sure, they upsell, but for a reason. Not unnecessary scalping. Just remember, you're paying dealer rates, but this tends to enhance the quality of the service from the expensive investment the dealer must make to keep their technicians always on top of all the makes and models that change each year.

Not too pleased with underlying deception

Upon arrival I mentioned to the Attendant that I came in for a maintenance service and I have (The Toyota Care Package that covers up to 75,000 miles). Being a walk in, she informed me that there may be a long wait and I decided to wait . So while waiting the Attendant informed me that my maintenance service would Not be covered because my insurance ran out , so I once again reminded her I have coverage up to 75,000 miles and then she asked if I used this coverage before for maintenance services? And of course I replied, yes! I didn't appreciate how she insinuated that this maintenance would have to be paid out of pocket and I knew my Toyota Care covered it! Also , usually when your vehicle is ready there is promptness in letting the customer know but Not This Time! I have been coming to this company for years, not because of their superior service but because of convenience ! There was NO reason for this because Philpott Toyota Service Dept. has ALL my vehicle history in their data base already! SMH!!!!

Superb customer service. Really like the guy who...

Superb customer service. Really like the guy who addressed all of my wife’s concerns. Very likable. He was very knowledgeable. Actually worked on car himself before oil change and tire rotation.

Philpott never lets me down!

Philpott has always done my service work on both my vehicles. I can say they have never let me down and have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my service was done correctly and in a timely manner. Stacy Moffett and everyone in the service department have always been very professional, personable, and accommodating.

Disappointed with Customer Service Rep

I went in for an semiannual oil change and the works, along with getting my truck inspected. I had it inspected there for the last 4 years with no problem, even though I had a cracked taillight for the same period. This time they would not inspect it and tried to sell me a new taillight and battery that was going to cost ~$400. Told them to just do oil change. I went today and got it inspected at another place with no problem.

I really love the down home feel and professionalism. Stacy Moffet in the service department is always courteous and funny. When it’s time to buy I always go to Adam Carter because he’s honest and always a joy to work with.

Natasha and Stacy as always were a great help with both of my F 150’s. Will be back 👍. Got me A/C fixed and oil changes quick. Mechanics also came out and explained repairs.
