My buying experience a Philpott Toyota was 5 Star from start to finish. Daren Granger, the General Manager, set the tone for what was an easy and seamless buying experience. Prior to coming to Philpott to serve as GM, Daren had sold me my first Tundra. He is a gentleman, polite in every respect, and extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. When it was time to trade in and upgrade to a new Tundra, I immediately called Daren and asked for his help. Once again, Daren guided me through the buying process. Because I live two hours from the dealership, I worked with Daren by phone and then he found the exact vehicle I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new Tundra, every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Shelly for showing me all of the new features on my Tundra, to Chris in the finance office, and to the kind receptionist who greeted me with a smile. Daren has surrounded himself with an amazing staff who reflect his commitment to customer satisfaction. A million thanks to Daren and his team. I commend Philpott Toyota without reservation to any prospective car buyer. They will remain my dealership of choice for any future purchases.

My wife and I scheduled recall service on my Ford Fusion...
My wife and I scheduled recall service on my Ford Fusion for Friday 1/22/21 over a month in advance. We dropped the car off the day before for convenience. Late in the day on Friday my wife called to enquire as to the progress of the service and found out that the parts had never been ordered in the first place but should arrive over the weekend. On Monday 1/25/21 when she had not heard anything she called the dealership. Whoever she spoke with informed her that in the process of fixing the recalled issue other parts were broken and that now all the doors would not close so the car was not drivable. My wife enquired about a loaner car and the service technician reported that that was not her job. My wife could be placed on a list but at this time there were no cars so there was nothing that could be done. Whatever was broken would have to be ordered and would take several days. We finally were informed that the car was ready to be picked up on Thursday 1/28/21. I understand that unexpected issues will arise. I also understand that things break. What I'm not sure that I understand is the lack of communication or the lack of respect. We certainly want to be very understanding and dispense grace when possible as I would want to be given to me. I have been a faithful Philpott customer for years. I've purchased 2 new and 1 used car from Philpott. I use the service dept. for many things and have never run into an issue like this one so I'm hoping this is an isolated event. I would say that overall the work was done to my satisfaction it just could have been handled in a much different way.

We had a Great experience with Ms Emily and Ms Shanna from the body shop. We traveled from Lake Charles LA and was pleased our paint job on our hood of our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport due to defected paint. We will recommend to everyone who needs service!

12/31/20 I drove around the lot, stopped and looked at...
12/31/20 I drove around the lot, stopped and looked at several of the SUVs (even the Bronco) and not a single soul walk out to me, toward me, or even acknowledged me. I am sure they were open (their was people), but after about twenty minutes standing my an white explorer I gave up.

Car wouldn't start and battery wouldn't charge....
Car wouldn't start and battery wouldn't charge. Suspecting a problem with the alternator I had Ford Assistance tow the vehicle to Philpott Ford Service. My service advisor was Keegan Johnson. His attention was superb. Explained that he wasn't certain how soon they could service my car since it was the end of day and unscheduled. Brought it in Tuesday evening and had it back Thursday afternoon. Confirmed bad cell in battery, no electrical problems. Did overall checkup, oil change and tire rotation. Keegan was very courteous, attentive and made sure that my battery was covered under warranty. I highly recommend Keegan and the Philpott service department.
