I worked with Mario and the work that was done detailing my vehicle far exceeded my expectations. I had Patrick detail my 2007 Trailblazer because I wanted to sell it. Mario said he would have it prepared as they do for their automobiles they send to auction. I was amazed with the quality of work that was done and the exceptional attention to detail! The first person who came to look at my Trailblazer bought it and commented on how clean it was. Thank you Patrick!

Fantastic service
I bought Diesel Exhaust Fluid for my truck. It was the first time and I was unsure of where to pour the fluid. I asked at service counter and a service rep came out to show me where it goes and then actually helped me pour into my truck in the parking lot. I unfortunately did not get his name but he had a tattoo on his arm. I really appreciated his extra effort which he really didn't have to do.

Great Customer Service
I take my sons Chevy's and my Pontiac Vibe to get serviced here. The service center and shuttle service is customer oriented and very professional. My cars go in for maintenance at regular intervals and the work done is always of high quality. The car is always ready when or before promised.

late spring doll up time
scheduled my van for a fresh wax job ,the second vehicle they've done for me . i was able to get in within 48 hours ,which is not unusual here. they are a very large dealership and all they do is large . since my van was due for a state inspection ,that was taken care of as well . can't say enough about their service . john tarpley has a great handle on his service department . ed piccirillo saw to it that my needs were met .btw cant beat the price and the doll up was great, and i mean great ! thank you ,patrick buick
