Highly Recommend for Service

My vehicle suffered extensive damage in an accident which wasn't my fault. Patrick was fantastic at working with me as well as the other car's insurance carrier, including fighting them on trying to make me pay for part of the damage! Samantha in particular was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs repairs!

Beware of Dennis Akselrod!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dennis Akselrod. He made me wait for over 35 minutes while he showed a customer a vehicle and I had an appointment! After that he low-balled me on my trade buy $3,000. He didn't respect my time and insulted me that was enough for me!

I totally agree and we do not condone the actions that Dennis exhibited. His explanation was that no one was available to assist the other client and he thought he would attempt to help them also. He should of put you in first place and ask them if they could wait until someone else freed up. He has been spoken to on how to handle these situations in the future by coming to the manager to explain and allow them to resolve it. As far as the appraisal for your trade-in is concerned, there are multiple reasons why one Dealership may be higher or lower than another. I'm somewhat surprised due to we consistently hear that we offer higher values than most, so I believe this is more of a rare case than normal. Our high volume with trade-ins indicates this as well. I'm very pleased that you received a great deal and are happy with your purchase and wish you well with it. Assistance with Bluetoothing Phone

Unfortunately I do not know the names of the two gentlemen who assisted me with problems connecting my phone to the car. However, they both continued to work with the phone and the car until the problem was solved. I really appreciate how very nice everyone is there.

Maintenance and recall

In two occasions at the dealership we were greeted promptly by Jeff for the service and Andrew for the recall part. They are great guys, both have warm smiles with personality to match. While we waited in the lounge enjoying coffee and the cleanliness of the entire property. Everyone is always smiling , Helpful and friendly so it is always a pleasant experience.

Love Patrick!

We have been coming to Patrick for the last 6 years since coming to Pittsford and Mario has kept our aging vehicles in great shape, never doing any more than necessary and always communicating our options. When we needed to add a car we bought a Buick through Patrick and worked with Gary Johnson. Again, nothing but kudos and appreciation for his hard work. Just this past week we were finally faced with needing to replace one of our older cars and have seen again how wonderfully Patrick measures up to other dealerships. Respect for our time, our budget and our ethics all comes through every interaction we have had with the dealership. Even the little things of a comfortable waiting area with power outlets and really friendly shuttle drivers makes the experience great! Did I mention how much we appreciate Mario????
