A Breath of Fresh Air!

Jonathan was the salesman who helped us purchase our 2018 Terrain. From the start to the finish, he was more than cordial, knowledgeable and willing and able to take the time we needed to make our decision. Never disappointed

I have always had excellent service on my car. Everyone has been very helpful and very nice. I have had Mario Maimone most times and he has definitely gone the extra mile to take care of any problems I have had, You are so fortunate having people like Mario working for you.

Amazing experience!

I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! I took my car to their collision center after a car accident, and the entire staff, especially Mark, went above and beyond to give some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. This is a wonderful business that cares about cars and people.

Going Above and Beyond!

It is not about just getting your car fixed, it's about the entire experience. Mario is my Service Representative when I get my SUV serviced. He is Amazing. You pull into a warm, dry, very clean, huge garage; and are greeted by your personal Service Representative, in my case, Mario. (All the Reps are Fantastic) You are brought to the desk and asked questions about your concerns. Then you have the choice to sit in a very nice waiting room with free refreshments, TV and WiFi or you can get chartered where you need to go. The communication between you and your representative is outstanding, as they keep you informed about what is going on throughout the repair. I have told so many others about this dealership and I don't think I would ever buy a vehicle any place else. Thank you Mario and everyone that work at Patrick. The entire staff are wonderful, even after, when Jackie or the office staff call you to see if you were satisfied.

Very Happy
