I have leased 4 or 5 cars from this dealership. I have referred my husband, son and daughter in law. We all have leased. Mark Houser is the man we go to. His product knowledge, customer service and his willingness to go the extra mile to see that his customers get the vehicle they want is very important.

Spectacular Sales Rep

I had the best Sales guy ever. I liked him so much I brought my best friend, sister and coworkers daughter to him since he did such an amazing job. Warranty Work

Took my GMC in for its last oil change and tire rotation under my warranty period. Was especially easy to make an appointment on line and got the time and date I wanted to bring it in for service. Was met at the dealership by the service rep Jeff and he took great care of me. Got my vehicle in right away and had it back to me within the hour as promised. Great job as usual

Oil change

Mario, in the service department, always provides the best service when I bring my 2013 LaCrosse for any service. He lets me know what needs to be done--if I have not requested a specific servicing for my car. He's the greatest!

Safety recall (airbags) and oil change

Had an oil change and safety recall (airbags) two weeks ago. Mario, the mechanic, was very professional and efficient. He additionally filled my tires with air, along with the two other services. I love my Buick Encore and plan to return for any further work. My automobile, aka "Carmelina" (due to her carmel color), deserves only the best!
