By chance Bill was my salesman and I left feeling like I

By chance Bill was my salesman and I left feeling like I won the Lottery! He went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted. He spent several hours with me trialing and erroring until he got me a deal that fit comfortably with my needs. I left that dealership feeling like I had truly just received the biggest blessing having Bill guide me through the car buying process. By the end of the day he felt like a friend more than someone who had just sold me a car! If you go to Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC, make sure you step into Bill's office! You won't regret it!

Setting appt EASY & fast on their website. Service Advisor, Gregory, VERY friendly & helpful. He kept me informed constantly also. Repair was great! Fast & pleasant.....& VERY NICE Facility!!

Excellent dealership!

Excellent dealership! If you are in the market for a new GMC or Chevy, ask for Scott Gamble. If the dealership doesn't have the car or truck, they will order you one at MSRP price. Paperwork and financing were straight forward. Great experience!

Bought a corvette from them.

Bought a corvette from them. Beautiful one owner car, grand sport supercharged. My first question to salesman will car pass emissions? Of course he said yes. Bought car and of course it would not pass emissions. Had magnetic ride and the shocks were leaking. The service dept said they knew the shocks were leaking but didn’t care and passed it on to me. Brought car home and put in garage. My garage smelled of gas fumes. It was so bad almost seemed like my garage was gonna blow up. Corvettes have a problem with vapors between the two fuel tanks. Took car to get emissions and of course it didn’t pass. I had traded in a corvette to get this one. Took car back to dealer and of course my car had already been sold. Dealer said they would get it to pass emissions. 3 months later after finally being mad about the situation they decided to refund my Money. Lost my old corvette, fought with them about payment on car, lost 3 months of headache and aggravation. $40,000 car and dealer didn’t really care about me, the car or my business. What a lousy experience. This dealer doesn’t care about their customer.

Luke, Hector, Rogan and Tony made this experience unlike the normal car buying experience. These guys are a credit to their profession. If you like Chevy/GMC vehicles talk to these folks. The best!
