Dealership was great!
Dealership was great! Although, I wish they’d finish the service a bit faster. I came for a recall and it took nearly 3 hours to do. The guy handling the appointments seemed swamped though so I was still cordial and nice about it. But even then, my car was ready for pickup and they hadn’t told me till I stood up and saw my car parked there. Overall, this is a nice and friendly dealership though. I would definitely lease/purchase another vehicle here. The service department may just need to be a tad quicker. But those things I know are hard to control. But other than that it was a good experience.

My experience with Hyundai service dept has been exceptional. Oscar provided me and accurate time frame for repairs and went above and beyond. He was able to provided me with a loaner vehicle which was a life saver. Will continue to use Hyundai for all my serive and repairs.
