I loved my salesman (Ryan).
I loved my salesman (Ryan). He was responsive and fast. Also very honest and straightforward which is not always easy to come by at dealerships. I made the decision to buy after a 20 minute text convo. He’s that good. Love my car. The dealership was also nice and clean. Everyone was nice and attentive. The finance person was also great. The place is dog friendly too, another bonus.

Michael in the service department was phenomenal.
Michael in the service department was phenomenal. I brought my car in with engine issues (sinking motor mount) that had been diagnosed by other mechanics. He listened to me and his team verified the issue, as well as diagnosing another issue (transmission mount). Everything was resolved and covered under my powertrain warranty. Because I live far from the dealership, Michael made sure my wait time was minimized during all three visits. If you need your car serviced, request Michael. He’s a stand-up individual who exemplifies professionalism.

Oscar was great, communicative, and pleasant to talk to.
Oscar was great, communicative, and pleasant to talk to. The space was clean and nice to work in (although finding a wall outlet was slightly limiting.) Coffee machine was not working but the wait time for the work to be done on my car was not so terribly long that it was an issue. Will definitely come back for next auto maintenance session.

I bought a car for my younger daughter 4 months ago and
I bought a car for my younger daughter 4 months ago and all this time she was driving with expired registration, thankfully she didn’t get the car impound, but I contacted them a while back regarding that issue and they told me it was being taken care of,DMV sent me a notification letter regarding the expired license, and I had to be the one hassling to get everything right.i spent an hour at DMV to find out what was the issue, however it was the dealer the ones were holding the plates and the registration all this time. Poor customer service and bad communication on their part.however Richard was the one who helped me with that.finally I had to go my self picked out the plates and registration my self. Not happpy with the way everything was handled. It took so long for us to get the registration and the plates. Definitely was not DMV fault. They did everything correct, the miss communication at the dealer was the problem.
