Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills

I guess it was a recall for the camera on the Elantra. I took it in midday got out in a few hours that was good. The camera that was replacing actually looks cheaper quality than the one that was already on it not sure why the recall. I asked them to check my brakes as it was making a loud noise. They did not even attempt to fix it or even possibly look at it if you ask me I'm sure they didn't even look at it. They insisted on a review and here goes. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I'm not happy with the service they provided as my car still makes a noise on the brakes and I'm not happy with the reverse camera So for your review you get two stars and possibly lower if you took longer. I think the only good thing really here was the coffee.

The sales folks were not pushy, very polite and pleasant, and provide me with valuable information and insight into the car that I wanted to purchase. I think that the support from the moment I called the dealership to the moment I drove off a lot with the car was superb. Roman and supervisor David were very helpful and professional. I would definitely come back to them the next time I have to purchase a car.

. They were able to fix the car a couple days ahead of schedule. Thanks to service advisor Oscar who took care of me and the car.

He and I contacted each other via text and calls, so that when we came in he and we knew exactly what we were getting and what the price was going to be out the door. He also went the extra mile, actually extra 80 miles, for that was the location of the specific color we were looking for. This all happened within a 24 hour period. He's remarkable and his colleagues Tony and John stepped in to work collaboratively to make it all seamless.
