Dealers are always more expensive than smaller repair shops, but you know that you are getting preferred parts and they stand by their work if there is an issue. I do appreciate that they know the history of my car and base my service needs on that. My only complaint now is that they have stopped washing the cars after service. It was a perk that was well appreciated, especially after spending over $700-1000

John was personable, easy-going, and a very effective and responsive communicator. I have dreaded working with car salespeople in the past who march you down a rigid and impersonal sales process. John was a refreshing change and pleasure to deal with, including getting us a car in a color he didn't have in stock but obtained for us overnight from another dealer and then held on the lot for us until we returned from a trip.
