Ian was great, took my car in right away. Wait time was 3.5hrs even though I had scheduled appointment. Wish the wait would've been under 2hrs

A stellar experience once again with Ian Archer. I came to him again because of the great service I got from him in the past. His work is comprehensive and complete. I had a major problem and he worked through the situation and got it resolved.... not the first time he has been helpful. Ian's expertise in Hyundai vehicles is impressive. He provided a clear explanation about what my car most likely needed. One of the highlights of my visit was how efficiently Ian handled my service appointment. He kept me informed about the progress and estimated completion time, which I greatly appreciated. When I returned to pick up my car, everything was ready, and he took a moment to walk me through what had been done and handed me the paperwork. What truly stands out about Ian is the personal touch. This level of care is rare today. In conclusion, my experience with Ian met all of my expectations, as I expected a lot based on my prior experience with him. Ian and Hovik were very professional and were able to help me with my car USB Port issue. They both took the time to help me hook up my Apple car play too. I feel like they both went above and beyond because my Apple car play was a phone issue not a Hyundai. I would definitely recommend them.

Dealership overall is a really quick location. Had a bad experience at another dealership but after coming here, it has been great overall. Oscar, specifically, has and continues to be a great Service Advisor. Communication has been a great factor. He provides exceptional work along with providing simple explanations on why certain parts are being replaced and how important they are to the car. It was the smoothest and easiest process as well when it came to needing a loaner and/or rental vehicle. The dealership really takes pride in their work and want to make sure you are getting the best care for your vehicle.
