Serviced vehicle with advance appointment

Typical horrible service. Car sat there for days for a simple appointment. Service writer didn?t update when promised. He was impossible to get a hold of. Factory trained technicians couldn?t figure out a simple issue.

Worse Service Center Ever

4 of 5 services are bad experience for me! Not even a fancy services just an oil change! Service 1 - I had to wait an hour to take the car in after having a confirm appointment Service 2 - went in with a detailed car and came out with tons of oil marks! Raised concern and gave a free next service Service 3 - free and was okay with the experience Service 4 - Rude service advisor and kinda felt discriminated Service 5 - Dropped for a breakdown and not communication for a week! Called after five days! Took only 4 attempts and 1 hour call time to get an update on the car Still car at the shop after 10 days - called 6 times already still trying to get hold of a service person to give me an update!

Car buying with Wyatt Johnson Ford and Madi Moak

I highly recommend Wyatt Johnson Ford and their salesperson Madi Moak for your car buying experience. My purchase of a used Dodge truck with them was as easy and could be, they were professional without being pushy. I would not hesitate to buy my next car from Madi and WJF. I found the truck on the internet and was immediately contacted by WJF, Madi sent me a video of the truck and answered all of my questions. Madi offered to pick me up at the airport in the truck which I felt went above and beyond the typical car buying experience. All of the staff that I dealt with at WJF were polite as well as professional. Overall it was a rewarding experience which is not typical of dealerships and salespeople that I have dealt with in the past.

Wyatt Johnson Ford - Great service great prices!

Very courteous, yet professional staff. JT, the sales person who assisted us, did everything to make us feel welcome. He took time to explain the process in detail and also to explain to us all the car's features. 2020 Did have something good come out of it.

I bought a Mustang and the dealership helped pull off a surprise gift for my wife's 25th anniversary. They even called to find out how it went. We have had my in laws fords serviced there. Great job every time. They even advised against an optional repair to the interior of an older vehicle because the cost would exceed the value of that SUV. Cannot ask for more than that.

My 2020 Ford Ranger flat tire

My experience was a lesson learned. I had pick up a nail in the side of my tire. Instead of taking it to a discount tire place I thought that since I just brought the truck back in September without the road hazard financing they still would be my best option. This turned out not to be . The tire could not be patched and they would not discount for a new replacement tire that was not in stock. So I was told it be three days before they received. The tire actually got delivered intwo days but no one called to informed me of that.

Luv my Ford Edge

Bought a Ford Edge aT Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville Tenn. Madie was. My sale 0person. I'm from KY. And don't drive in Nashville.She met us with car to test drive. We made deal at meeting Next day she delivered car to my home. Paper work was done at my kitchen table. She set up my car phone for me. ShowWe luv our new Ford Edge. Test drove lots of SUV but even though IV always been a Chevy girl I fell for this SUV. 2.0 has great get up and go. Give Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville a try. Call and ask for Madie!!ed us how to use electronics. We got a good deal. Plus free Life time powertrain warranty.
