Easy Process
Buying a car can always be a headache but this was no. Dalton was fantastic from the start! He listened and was transparent. Even while waiting our turn to get to financing he made the wait not seem as long.

My review of Wyatt Johnson Ford will not please the management of the dealership. First of all, I stopped there to get the latches on the bed cover they installed adjusted (they kept popping open)There was not another vehicle in the service bay at the time. I was told I needed to make an appointment. I tried to make an appointment on the phone but which ever service writer the operator sent me to didn't answer so I listened to his message that he would call me back asap. That was 21/2 weeks ago. Still no call. So I went to the dealer on a Saturday morning to get a routine service plus have the latches adjusted. At that time I was told they didn't have time to adjust the latched because the only people working on Saturday were just oil change mechanics (?) Then I was told I can't make an appointment to have the latches adjusted because now the dealer works on a first come first serve basis, so now after three plus weeks of run around I guess I will have to get up at the crack of dawn and drive over to Wyatt Johnson Ford and wait in line just to have the latches adjusted on the bed cover. They seem to have the winning hand because I am not sure if another Ford dealer will fix what this dealer installed.

Service lane getting better
Finally after making a mess with losing all of your experiencedservice lane representatives and replacing them with inexperienced staff who could only read a screen providing zero advice on service needs, you are putting things right again. Todd is the type of rep you need in total. Focused on knowing the customer and understanding issues with the vehicle. For long term customers like me who were were used to this level of service you have a lot of damage to undo. This is a good step. As a note I chose another dealer to replace the 2016 Platinum Explorer which I had purchased here amongst multiple other car and trucks here also. The driving factor was how you treated me as a customer these last 3-4 years.
