We visited several dealerships before deciding on the car we wanted. Madi was our original salesperson. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes far beyond the others we dealt with at other dealerships. We left to think and decide. We returned a few days later which was Madi?s day off. Rami stepped in and helped us with the purchase of our new Escape. We returned 2 days later to have some touch up work done. They both were very helpful in making sure we were happy and satisfied with our new car. It has been a while since we bought a new vehicle and this one has many new features we never had before. They answered all questions and showed how things worked. It is all overwhelming, but they both were GREAT! The only negative thing have to say is that the process of finalizing the paperwork takes way too long.

Outstanding Service
Wyatt Johnson Ford Service Center did an absolutely amazing job! Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the problem, they also gave me a Lyft ?too and from? my home and called to give me frequent progress updates. Very nice to know there?s a dealership that has the feel of your neighborhood shop with a great price and a personal touch. Their service team is amazing. give em a shot and see for yourself.

Terrible Communication
While the repairs were completed and sufficient the communication or lack there of was appalling. The vehicle was left at the shop and took over three business days to get any response to calls, messages and texts. When we finally did get a response it was an estimate which did not take into account the dealer warranty. It took another 2-3 days to get our rep to respond as to whether the repairs would be covered under warrant. At this point we were already 2 weeks without our vehicle and ANY communication was started by us. It was unclear thru the process when parts were ordered. I called multiple times and even left messages for the service manager with NO RESPONSE! In the end it took over a month for us to have the repairs complete on something that should have maybe taken 2 weeks! As someone who is in customer service the service we received was terrible. We have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and referred friends and families but will be taking our future business elsewhere.
