2019 F150
Wyatt Johnson Ford is a very nice place to purchase a new or used vehicle . The customer service is one of the best that I have seen in Tennessee. The general manager welcomes new customers at the door. The sales persons always have the customers' interest at heart and works hard to make you fell at home. I recommend this dealership to all prospective customers.

Always great service!
I have always had nothing but great service at Wyatt Johnson Ford. I have an 11 year old truck and I always bring it to the dealership for even the oil changes. They check over everything and let me know if something doesn?t look good or needs to be replaced - like the air filter.

2009 F250 Super Duty
Wyatt Johnson and the previous ownership has always done all work on this vehicle since I have owned it except once. Prompt service at check in. Truck was repaired and I am very pleased with this dealership. I have always been a firm believer in having my vehicles repaired at a dealership. I have had only one bad experience with a Ford Dealership and that was during vacation 4/19. I had mechanical problems which on vacation in Florida. The dealership was Tallahassee Ford and my service advisor was Dennis Scott. On the very next day after truck was repaired I noticed damage done to the truck. I emailed pictures and spoke with the advisor on two different occasions. After that I never received a return email from Tallahassee Ford. I guess since I was from another state they just swept it under the rug. This almost turned me against all Ford dealerships. I am glad to have a local dealership like Wyatt Johnson of Nashville, Tn. that I can trust
