This was our second Toyota from DCH and second time working with George and Joe. George was a gentleman and pleasure to work with and made the deal happen within the hour. Joe was great taking extra time to introduce us to all the features and functions of the vehicle. He even took the time to make sure the safety connect was set up for us!

Very nice experience. all were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was very happy for me and tried to expedite this as soon as possible. I was However upset Antonio Ho was let go. That is a detriment to your company. I contemplated going with a different company based on how corporate handled his being let go. Not ok to conduct business this way.

This Dealership went Above and Beyond
After a rocky start, and some miscommunication, the General Manager Jonathan Goldberg and Joe Croce the Toyota specialist really delivered - or should I say Re- delivered my CPO 2017 RAV-4 properly. They went above and beyond to make sure what was first overlooked - unbeknownst to them, a priority. Leaving no stone unturned and making sure I was completely satisfied, and had all the information I needed to know about my vehicle. Also, the service Dept is excellent.. very helpful, patient and super easy to work with!
