First time using DCH. Appointment for scheduled service and software update. Also arranged for loaner car. They have everything very well organized in terms of check in, arrangement for the car. Also smooth sailing when I came to pick up my car. They also have a great customer lounge with free bagels. I will return.

From making the appointment until the time I rolled out with a newly washed vehicle, I was treated with politeness and efficiency. Obviously my time met something to these folks. They explained everything clearly and quickly. Before I could finish my coffee it seemed my car was ready. I have purchased two cars and leased a third from this dealership. Their level of service is one of the reasons I keep coming back .
