Much Better Than Expected.
The salesman, Brandon Gross, listened to me when I told him what I wanted and how I expected the process to go. I found he didn't waste my time and I believe he relayed my desires to his sales manager Franklin Crocker. Mr. Crocker was also very responsive when I dropped by and he happened to be taking a vacation day. I believe I received the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. In addition, the finance person, Allen Stern, who I dealt with before taking possession of the RAV 4 was informed, polite and straightforward. I am a repeat customer, having leased RAV 4s in 2010, 2013 and 2016. This was by far the best experience. P.S. Please don't take the delay in responding to this survey as any reflection in the great job your people did. Your email got lost in the shuffle.
