Excellent service !!!

Ginny our salesperson wS knowledgeable and understood our needs. She never pressured but was available to us whenever we needed something. Jim Croce was knowledgeable caring and an excellent teacher He was patient

Great service for large complex jobs

Excellent service in every aspect. Scheduling was quick and easy, the techs start rolling the cars in from the check-in line at 7:30am. My Camry has 92K miles so I scheduled a large job - replace timing belt / water pump / tensioners+pulleys / auxiliary belts / oil seals / thermostat / radiator hoses / coolant / valve cover gaskets. By 6pm same day, everything complete and the car runs great. You really can’t beat the service and reliability and knowledge of Toyota mechanics for large complex jobs. The customer wait area has plenty of chairs, bagels in the morning, some good pizza at lunch. All in all, a great service experience.

Always a great experience visiting DCH Toyota City

I recently brought my 2018 Toyota Corolla in for it's regular 18 month maintenance. With Toyota Care it's free. Jose Rodriguez was my service advisor and he was totally professional, courteous and friendly and explained everything that was to be done. I was in and out in little over an hour. And they washed the car also. And while I waited in their modern, well appointed customer lounge, I watched their huge TV and had some complimentary bagels and coffee. I have been dealing with DCH Toyota City since 2012 and the are by far a cut above the rest. The best dealership and best service department that I have ever dealt with. And I have been driving for over 50 years. Thank you DCH!

All in all it was a good experience. The financial aspects

The financial aspects was left for the last item, late in the evening and not very well explained . Papers given to me lacks any signatures. Could this be rectified?

Prius New

I arrived at Toyota City the first time in 13 years. Everyone was very friendly and Joe Croce showed me where the coffee was. The floor had been expanded and looked terrific. George Parker arrived with the new Prius and we went for a ride. I love the Prius! This one is more safety built and warns you if you are going out of your lane and if someone is approaching in your blind spot. George and Joseph made me feel at home.
