We just picked up our new car and DCH Toyota was the very best! They worked with us and within our budget. No games! So refreshing!

Our review is just short of excellent because when we got home we discovered that we didn’t have our insurance cards and didn’t have our new registration card. These turned out to be oversights by 2 different sales people. Joe Croce who had been excellent in spending time with us to acquaint us with the new cars features actually came to our house to deliver the registration. He stands out as an excellent asset to your team. Everyone else did a good job and we are pleased with the new car.

We just bought a new Prius from DCH Toyota City at a reasonable price. Our salesman Meer is very friendly and professional. The whole experience is happy and fast. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends.

I totaled my car and unexpectedly had to purchase a new one. My first car was paid off and given to me so I had no clue how to car shop and was extremely overwhelmed. After visiting multiple dealerships, who took advantage of me, I came to DCH because I was interested in a Toyota Camry. Every person I encountered at DCH was friendly and helpful. The first people I encountered were Victoria and Franklin. Victoria was so welcoming and raved to me about how great the new Camry was. Franklin was friendly and funny and after hearing my horror story, knew exactly what I needed and who I needed to speak to. I was turned over to Jonathan went above and beyond to help me get the price point I needed and also my very specific color preference. He spent as much time with me as i needed and went over my very repetitive thoughts and questions with the utmost patience. When he handed me over to Ginny, she made sure to be thorough in all of her answers to my questions about the car when we took it for a test drive. When I came to pick up the car, Joe made sure to give me a thorough tutorial on the entire vehicle - emphasizing the safety features and making sure I understood how to operate them all. This was extremely important to me because I am a nanny and often have children in my car. At the end of my visit at Toyota, Randy was the last persons I encountered and he was able to help me fully understand my lease and all the paperwork that was accompanied by it. He was transparent with me and gave me all the papers I needed to understand what we discussed. Overall, I'm so glad I came to DCH. Everyone was friendly and competent. I feel confident in my purchase that I was initially nervous and anxious about. Will definitely be returning!

My baby got a new car seat which was way too big for my current car, and I needed something in a hurry. I was nervous that the process would be too slow and we wouldn’t have the car in time for our Thanksgiving road trip. From start to finish, everyone who assisted us was SO helpful. Leo was kind and patient and took time to answer all of my questions. He also set everything up in advance so that my visit when picking up the car would be super quick. Joe was so nice and was willing to walk me through everything I needed to know about the car, and even walked me through the manual! I would definitely recommend DCH Toyota City to my friends, and would certainly do business with them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Like the car so far. Both John Pritts and Joe Croce were terrific. Had a Honda for 6 years, jumping back to Toyota!

I went in to pick up my Toyota sienna and everything was fantastic. The car was ready, it was washed and gassed up. Joe was instrumental in helping me figure out how to use the car and making sure that it had everything I needed in it. He was wonderful
