Best car buying experience of my life

My salesperson Ron Morris was the greatest, he made me feel at home and there wasn't any high sales tactics. This was by far the most easy and best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime. Ron went above and beyond to make my truck buying experience enjoyable instead of a battle about price. The finance people were just as pleasant and helpful. They actually found me a better interest rate than any of the other dealerships I had dealt with. They also gave me more for my trade in than any other dealer. The owner, Bill DeLord, actually came over and shook my hand and thanked me for buying from his dealership. Thanks Ron and to the whole Bill DeLord family that help me. Denali

Informative. Hassle free. Patient. Tom took the time to answer every question and show me every single function of the 1500 Denali 2015 truck. I learned more bout the vehicle than what I intended on it being at purchase.

Enjoying my SRX

We are enjoying the ride in my new blue SRX and it looks great sitting in my driveway. I want to thank Ron Morris at Bill DeLord for patiently working with me over 4+ plus months as I contemplated what to do since my Camargo CTS lease matured. I liked the blue SRX and wanted to go back to the dealership and test drive one before I narrowed down my other make choices. Ron stayed in touch with me almost on a weekly basis; following up to see if he could help. When I decided I wanted the SRX, we looked at a couple different finance options, lease and buy. I was pleased with the buy-option and decided to sign on the dotted line. I must say that big transactions like this normally make me nervous but Ron helped me feel comfortable and no pressure through the deal. Buying My First Car From a Dealership

Fun Friday at Bill DeLords Auto Sales !!!

i stopped in to look at the cars at Bill DeLord auto center.Doug Wade came out started right away to show me the one that would be best for me.he let me test drive a Cadillac SRX. .it was the best driving experience.i wanted that vehicle.Doug Wade and Steve Butsch worked vary hard to get me into the driver seat I would recommend Bill DeLord always first.

Like Dealing With Family

Some families are dysfunctional I know, but this dealership is not. They were expeditious and professional in everything they did. I traveled 600 miles to buy a car from them and happy I did as the experience was like non I have ever had with dealers before. I'll travel 600 again just to deal with DeLord Autocenter. Ron Morris worked very hard to get everything ready and left nothing undone. He continues to follow up with after sales service as well. I would send my mother here (if she were still alive).

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!

Doug Wade provided the best car buying experience I've ever had! He was low pressure, listened to my interest and selected the best car based on what I told him I wanted. I had interest in a Verino that was used as a service vehicle. Doug arrange for me to drive the car for an afternoon to show my spouse, check how it would fit in my garage, and just take time to make sure it was what I wanted. When I returned, there was a reservation sign on Doug's desk for me. I have to admit, it was a nice touch and made me feel special. After all, I had been working on my house and was dressed in old painted shorts and tee shirt. Not exactly the attire that one might normally wear to a Cadillac dealership. This also impressed me, it demonstrated they do not label people or form opinions based on your appearance. After the purchase, Doug encouraged me to keep a list of issues. After two weeks there were a few little things I discovered, they fixed everything, no questions asked! All of the staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate the customer. One of the items on my list was an engine noise that turned out to be a faulty tensioner idler. They had to order the part and gave me a loaner car during the time my car was being repaired. I would recommend Bill DeLord to anyone who is interested in buying a car. They know how to treat customers right and take care of you after the sale!

Enjoyable Car Buying Experience

When I was looking for a new car, I wanted a GM vehicle with seating for seven, backup camera, remote start and, of course, air conditioning. Doug Wade had been sending me updates on what was available in the Bill DeLord inventory for several months, so I had an idea of what I wanted but not sure if I could afford it. With Doug's help and patients, he found the perfect car that meet my needs. Working with the finance department, I was able to get monthly payments that fit my budget. I have been very pleased with my experience with Doug Wade and the staff at Bill DeLord. They went out of their way to make my car buying experience enjoyable.

2012 silverado

Doug Wade helped me with finding a replacement truck for my 2001 dodge ram. He was very friendly and not pushy as some sales people can be. he took his time with me and listened to what I wanted.I spent 4 hours that night that ended up with me buying a truck from him with the help of Steve N. Steve Butsch stayed past closing time to get me into my truck and home with it the same night. While there I also met Frank Lambert and Lee Mccready both of these guys were great making my buying experience top notch. I highly recommend any of these gentlemen if you are looking to buy from Bill Delord.

Two Cars and a Lot of Debt.

I feel Bill DeLord tries to satisfy his customers, but his sales staff has first crack at everyone. It is the sales staff I have my concerns. I feel that they manipulated me twice when I bought a 2007 Cadillac DTS, and then when the called me back to give me a deal on a new 2013 Buick Verano. We agreed on one thing and they changed it at the time to sign the purchase contract. The final cost was always higher than I thought it would be. A $13,900 2007 Cadillac DTS turned out to cost an $18,000.00 +. When they called me to come back in and let them make a deal on the 2013 Buick Verano , the price was discounted to $22,500.00, turned out to cost $28,000.00 +. After putting up $3655.00 in cash down payment, I still owe $22,000+. They kept telling me that were giving a good me a deal. The total cost to me for the two cars was over $40,000 but my actual costs were $31,000. I still have 72 payments at $307.00. That is 6 years of payments at ca.$3690.00.
