We were very impressed with the friendliness and the quality of care we were given. Redi was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made sure we understood everything about the Cadillace SRX and walked us through all of the perks. The car was ready when we arrived and it took no time at all to get through the paperwork. Definitely would recommend this dealership and it was a real pleasure to work with Redi. He was able to get all of our incentives which even made the price better! Just bought the vehicle so have not experienced the service department yet. I am sure it will be great!

Doug Wade is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable Sales Consultant about the new 2014 Cadillac SRX we purchased at Bill DeLord Auto Center. He listened carefully to our description of what kind of car and what options and colors we were looking for, and then produced what he thought was the one best car in his inventory to meet our wants and needs. His "listening to the customer skills" chose the one vehicle we eventually purchased on the very first try. He was also helpful in describing and differentiating all of the various trim levels of the car, and in helping us to understand all of the newer safety features of the car. Doug was especially helpful in describing all the high tech features and functionality of the vehicle before the sale and in setting it all up after the sale. Doug and Steve Newdigate Jr. worked with us in an innovative manner to be able to use all the GM incentives available to us and to meet or beat the net price of a competing dealer to secure our business. It was clear from the very beginning that they wanted us as customers and worked hard to secure the sale, never pressuring us along the way. Steve Butsch made the financing and paperwork a quick breeze and also did not pressure us to purchase any additional items or services we did not want. The dealership itself looks great right down to the sparking clean restrooms. We met with the General Manger Jerry Perone and the owner Bill Delord along the way and they made us feel at home, expressing open doors and offering to assist in any of our needs in the future. Our purchase experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend Doug Wade and the entire team to anyone interested in new or used car! And what's not to love about free normal maintenance for 4 years and free car washes for the life of the car!

This past November, I decided to look at new cars. My last new car purchase was 15 years ago and thought it might be time. I had planned only to test drive the 2014 Buick Regal. Upon walking into the showroom in mid-morning, I was greeted by Douglas Wade. Douglas seemed genuinely interested in how he could help me make the "right" decision. Although I thought I knew the exact car I wanted, after test driving it, I thought I'd go out on a limb and ask if I could also test drive the LaCrosse. Douglas cheerfully obliged and spent the necessary time with me to make sure I was comfortable in my decision. Although I had already decided ahead of time to come back on the weekend after thinking through this major purchase decision, Douglas asked that I at least talk with their Finance Manager to explore all options and to make sure I had all my questions answered. The rest is history. I left later that day with my new 2014 Buick Regal. I have brought my "second car" in for servicing (first time for giving the service department a try) and appreciated their attention, service and personal recommendations to fix my problem. I ran into Douglas at this time and he was just as friendly and accommodating as he was a couple of months earlier although he knew I was not in the market for another new car. I told him I loved my new Regal but he had to do something about this weather as I refuse to drive it in the nasty weather and when road conditions are as bad as they have been. On a final note, during this visit to the Service Department, I had several conversations with other Sales Consultants. Each was just as friendly to me, even after learning I was just in the showroom to "browse" while my car was being serviced.....almost as nice as Douglas. I already have and will continue to recommend Bill DeLord Autocenter to others. I will also be buying my next car from them....hopefully sooner than another fifteen years.

We went to the dealership in search of a nice used Cadillac SRX and we left with a new one on lease. Although this wasn't our plan, we ended up with the best and sharpest looking vehicle we could have hoped for.
