Amazing experience!

I needed a larger vehicle fast and after calling and speaking with Steve Sr. we arranged a meeting and he hit it out of the park in finding me exactly what I needed! Even though I originally had my heart set on another vehicle he directed and showed me a car that was great on value, condition, and safety. (***I have to mention he also showed me a competitor dealership where I could look at getting the car I originally was interested in, which proves that he was more concerned with my needs and not motivated by the sale.) I was not pressured or coerced in any way, but educated and treated like I was family and that they wanted me to be completely satisfied before I was ready to purchase. I would highly recommend Steve Sr. and Bill DeLord for anyone who is contemplating buying/trading in for a new vehicle. They are amazing from start to finish! We will definitely go back and purchase from them again! I could not be happier with my 2011 GMC Acadia SLT! Thank you Steve Sr. for your amazing customer service and care that you extended to me! You are the BEST!

Our First Caddy!

"I was steered in the right direction!"

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Tom Kohls at Bill DeLord. Both times I have found Tom to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He steered me in the right direction to a used car that was in my price range, but looked and felt brand new. I admit I went to a Kings Automall dealership first, and it was the worst experience I have ever had - all the cars were dirty inside, and the salesman was a complete "xxxxxxx" - the ones that give car salesmen a bad name. After that experience, I decided to go back to Tom, as my previous experience was so good. I am so glad I did, and will never waste my time going to another dealership. I also enjoyed the way Tom treated me as a "returning customer", mentioning it to the staff numerous times. Thanks again Tom - you rock!

No effort car buying

Found my 2013 Charger R/T AWD on line and scheduled a test drive. Everyone was super friendly. I got great service and enjoyed the experience. Only time my blood pressure went up was when I had to figure out how to get my other car home since I didn't trade in, Bill Delord is highly recommended.

An effortless buying experience from Bill DeLord!

I've purchased three Cadillacs in the past five years from three different dealerships. My purchase from Bill DeLord was by far the best experience I've had. Ron Morris was my "sales person" but he treated me more like a friend. Ron spent weeks searching for an Escalade with very specific exterior and interior color combination... Ron kept me updated as we worked through the search and he remained confident that he'd find the exact Escalade I wanted... Ron was right as he found exactly what I was looking for and I am now a proud owner of a new Escalade. Also had a chance to meet their GM Jerry and he was terrific as well.... and just when I was about to drive off in my new Escalade, Bill DeLord comes out to shake my hand, thank me for my business and offer his congratulations. If you are in the market for a new Buick, GMC or Cadillac, your first stop should be at Bill DeLord and ask for Ron Morris. Jack P.

Best car buying experience ever

I have purchased new cars from a couple different dealerships in Dayton. I also started shopping for my most recent GMC Yukon XL Denali in Dayton, but after being quickly turned off by that dealership's attempted high pressure sales tactics and low ball trade-in offer, I decided to locate another dealership, that being Bill DeLord in Lebanon, OH. Not only did this become my best car buying experience ever, everyone I dealt with and met at this dealership were the most friendly, professional and honest people I have dealt with. There was no pressure whatsoever. They were very knowledgeable and very informative. They really treated me like part of their family from the first time I entered their facility. I was even greeted by Bill DeLord himself. My salesman was Frank Lambert and he was great. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Dayton or Cincinnati market.

Top Notch Customer Service

We purchased a 2011 Buick Regal and you would have thought we were purchasing a top of the line, brand new Cadillac ~ that was the kind of customer service we recieved! We looked at the car and and came back 2 times before making the purchase and Tim Long was professional and patient with us on each visit. Upon delivery, Ron Morris, explained all of the car's features throughly and took time above and beyond what was expected ~ especially since we were not his customer. The Service Manager did an excellend job of detailing the car and in fact wanted to keep it overnight to make sure they had time to detail it to "his" satisfaction - and gave us a Cadillac to drive until we picked it up the next day. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership - and this turns out to be one of the best cars I have ever purchased - and the best car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend this dealership!

Better than I could have ever imagined

This was my 5th new GM vehicle since '99. 1st time ever dealing w/ DeLord GMC. I thought I had a deal already done (w/ a GMC dealer in Dayton, OH). Come to find out, after the deal had already been "done" so I thought (via phone & emails). When I went down to sign the deal, my payments had jumped up $55 a month...? So, I "thanked" them for their trouble...I came home & started to look for other GMC dealers (around Springboro, Ohio) & came across DeLord GMC. Called in & spoke to a Sales Consultant by the name of Redi. W/N 2 hours of 1st contacting him, we had a deal done! The same Acadia SLT-1 as the other dealership, exactly the "same deal" etc. For $40 LESS a month!!!! I'm glad the "other dealership" failed to earn my business. It led me to Bill DeLord GMC & Redi. Just a Great Overall Experience! From Redi, to Jerry, to Steve Butch (the finance guy) & the young gun that cleaned my new Acadia for me. ALL just a professional & polite as the next. As soon as my wife is ready for a new vehicle, you can bet I will head right back down to DeLord GMC! Thank You, Nick in Springboro, Ohio
