Quickest most customer oriented experience ever!
I purchased a used Lincoln MKS and just wanted to say that Frank Lambert was the best! I knew what I was looking for and the price was more than fair. After my test drive it took the service dept more time to clean up the car than it did for me to settle on price and fill out all the forms (the garage was great, the process was just very fast...Thanks Steve Butsch!) Quickest "processing ever." I would refer the Bill Delord crew to anyone...and I WILL!!!!!

Dealership was very clean. I was greeted right away when I walked in the door. Good selection of vehicles to compare on lot. Redi was very professional. He is very knowledgable about the cars he sells. He continuously went the extra mile to make sure we knew all about the cars we were looking at. Would recommend dealership.

Our Salesman Lee McCready was very attentive to our every need, he was patient and kind. We like the dealership which is cheery and bright and a nice welcoming hello from all the personnel. We are repeat customers for that reason. The service department is well run and all oil changes and maintenance work are done quickly and one is kept apprised of what needs to be done.

Redi was great
Very good service. Redi was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me. There were some questions with the charger and the nav system in my vehicle, and even though he didn't know the answer, he found out and let me know by then end of the same day.

Always First Rate Customer Service
After having my Buick in for service, Jeffrey Wright kept me up to date on the status of a hard-to-get part. I appreciated his honesty and ability to keep in touch knowing it would take longer than expected. He always has my interest at heart and I appreciate that. When returning to retrieve my car, I decided to test drive a Cadillac ATS and ended up working with Ron Morris who went out of his way to listen to my needs and making sure I got what I wanted. I left the dealership with a new car (my second vehicle from this dealership) and the confidence that Jeffrey and Ron will make sure that I and my vehicle will be well cared for.

Very pleasant experience, AGAIN!
Going in Seven years working with the DeLord folks and it still seems to be getting better all the time. I've worked with Jeffrey in Service for most of that time and I really appreciate the honesty and straight forward attitude that Jeffery seems to come by so easily. This is not your "cut rate" kind of place. The service is first class and the work is backed by a superior product and an obvious desire to get it right the first time.
