Professional, outstanding service

From the time I met sales rep Mike Brooks, the professionalism was confirmed for what for I hoped to find at Bill DeLord's. The buying experience was enjoyable. I was introduced to the folks who make everything come together and they exuded professionalism and friendliness. I strongly recommend Bill DeLord's dealership. No pressure, No games. Great prices. Five-star showroom and facilities throughout. As a customer I can recommend that you compare cars and prices online. Visit DeLord and you'll find the best of the best.

Excellent service

Ron Morris, our salesman, and all the employees we met were great to deal with. I usually hate shopping for cars because the sale staff are so pushy. Not so with Bill Delord. We will definitely be buying from them in the future !

Outstanding Experience

The dealership physically is new, pristine and beautiful. Everyone starting with the receptionist is friendly and helpful. Our salesperson (Frank Lambert) was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very special. Frank explained all of the features of our new car and outstanding at setting every thing up for us.

Bought a Used Car for My Daughter

I had previously purchased two new vehicles from Bill DeLord and had a great experience. When I went to purchase a used car for my daughter, I experienced the same service! Redi Shehu, my salesman, was great!

Very Pleasant Experience

Our Salesman was Frank Lambert. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Car buying is usually not a great experience, but Mr. Lambert made it easy.

Second to none !

Great Experience!

We just bought a Buick Regal and could not have been more pleased with the fast, friendly service! Frank Lambert was knowledgeable about both the new and used vehicles, patient and friendly as we explored both new and used options that met our needs, and efficient with prepping the car once we made our decision. Steve was professional and efficient in working the finances. We drove from Anderson to buy a car from DeLord, and we would do it again!

Purchased a Buick Encore

I recently purchased a Buick Encore from Bill deLord Cadillac and I am very pleased with the car. Frank Lambert found the perfect car for me and made the car purchase experience very gratifying.
