Ron Morris is to be commended for his assistance to my leasing a GMC 2015 Terrain. He is a competent and professional representative for the dealership. Ron was knowledgeable and always accessible, while at the same time remaining friendly and respectful to me. Also, Steve Rutsch was very efficient and professional in thoroughly organizing and explaining the leasing paperwork to me. The Bill DeLord Auto Center is an attractive and well-managed facility, with all of its personnel being very customer friendly. (A nod, also, to Tim Long for his friendliness.)

Cadillac Service 2011 SRX
I don't believe I have ever had worse service at a dealership ever. There was a recall on my vehicle stemming from a sunroof drain hose leak. We the hose finally failed and I had standing water on the interior of my vehicle which shorted out electrical components. The service department confirmed that the sunroof drain was malfunctioning and were willing to replace the drain, but they did not want to replace any of the electrical components that were damaged due to the water. The service department would not even work with me on the repairs. First off I will not be buying another Cadillac as this vehicle has had more recalls than any other vehicle that I have owned and Cadillac does not take care of their customers. Also I would never return to Bill Delord for any vehicle service or to purchase a new vehicle. Very poor service all around.

New Cadillac ATS Lease
This is the second ATS that we have leased from Bill DeLord. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Whether you're dealing with employees in the Sales, Service, or Finance areas, you always feel important. This time our ATS has the luxury package so there are many new "bells and whistles". Our salesman, Ron Morris, spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were aware of all of the features and how to use them and Bill DeLord always makes sure he meets his customers to thank them for their business. Anytime we brought our first ATS in for service, we were treated very well and I'm sure it will be the same with our new ATS. These are the touches that make a dealership great and makes you want to come back again and again.

Today Oct 12th 2015 I have purchased my 3rd vehicle from Bill DeLord. With every vehicle I have purchased I always get the same royal welcome. From the cheery smile and greeting from the customer service girl when you first walk into the showroom, to sales and financial staff to Bill DeLord himself. They truly are there to help you have a great experience when looking for and buying the vehicle you chose. They really do roll out the red carpet for you. They give you a tour of the show room, service department and perks if you are waiting for your car repair. They really want you to have a wonderful experience. Like I said, today I have purchased my 3rd vehicle from Bill DeLord and will never go any where else for they are literally like family folks. Professional Dealership
Bill DeLord Autocenter is a very friendly place to do business. Everyone is ambitious and helpful to earn your business whether in sales, service or parts. The facility is modern and inviting to go to. I have been a customer at DeLord's since moving to Ohio in 2000. I have high regards for Lee McCready in sales for his knowledge and the comfort of knowing he will not put us into anything that isn't right for us.

No Pressure Approach
A co-worker knew that I was looking for a Cadillac SRX and recommend his dealer, Frank Lambert at Bill DeLord. We were hesitant to drive from Dayton to Lebanon, OH to work with a dealer when we had a Cadillac dealer within 10 miles of our home. We made the call and Frank worked with us to find the right car that matched our budget. There was no pressure to buy something that didn't check all the boxes. It was worth the drive to get that type of service for what can be a very stressful purchase. Relationships do make a difference and Frank Lambert starts building your trust the first time you meet. I will easily refer friends and family to Frank.

Outstanding Customer Service
I find the buying process very stressful however our sales person, Redi Shehu made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. Everyone we dealt with during this process was friendly and very helpful. This has by far been the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Redi Shehu. We will definitely be repeat customers.
