Express our views and opinions of of slaesman

I have purchased several automobiles from Delord GMC, using two or three different sales persons. This time I got the opportunity to work with Tim Long. Tim by far has been the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. I have always spoke to Tim during my many visits to the dealership for service and / or purchases. On those visits and because I always visit the showroom, Tim was always there, always "The Friendly one". Tim had given me his business card during one of my last service appointments, after I had expressed some interest in Terrains. Several months later I had located a Terrain, on line, that caught my interest, but it was at another dealership. So I decided to give Tim Long the opportunity. Tim Not only was able to get the Terrain from that dealership, but did so quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with, we agreed on a deal that was fair to me and my wife. He has been so detailed in the purchasing process and his service after the purchase has been tremendous. I have a new friend in the car business, and he has been all I ever expected and more in automobile purchasing. What an asset to your dealership. Bill Girton

fantastic experiense

Tom Kohls is top knotch when it comes to customer service, knowledge of the vehicles, and ability to help with the selection of the vehicle. We would recommend Tom for any and all of your automotive needs. He is a fantastic representative for General Motors and Bill DeLord.

First Timers, Great Experience!

We have been looking for specific kind of used vehicle. My husband found one online at this dealership, and sent an email request on Christmas Eve. He received a response, which really surprised us! He communicated with Kevin several times via email on Christmas Eve, and Kevin was always quick to communicate back. The day after Christmas, we went in and purchased a vehicle from Redi. Redi was friendly, professional, and simply everything you want a salesperson to be. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Overall this was a fantastic experience for our family. : )

Family Friendly!

I came in for service on my 2014 SRX a few weeks ago. The follow up by phone and email was a great family friendIy way I shopped on line for A new SRX. Picked it up tonight already to go and the numbers we great!

Oil Change, Rotate Tires, Adjust sideview mirrors,

Jeff Wright, Service Advisor, always takes the time to thoroughly listen to our concerns even on routine maintenance items. We had some concerns about the side view mirrors and drivers seat not returning to their present positions. He took the time to walk me through the setup procedures again to make sure that I understood the procedure. He also had the mechanic download the most current software update. He also provided a loaner vehicle so that we could complete our errands preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday. He is always courteous, attentive, and professional
